Seaside Inn Beach Resort’s Private Beach is available for your ceremony and/or reception. All 10 units must be rented and a $1,000 event fee is required.
We are able to accommodate rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions on property. We can accommodate up to 60 people for a buffet style meal. An additional fee is required. Parking on site is available for registered guests only.
All events on property & beach (except Turtle Season – see below) must be finished by 10pm. All rental items must be removed from apartments upon check out. Unfortunately we cannot store rental items. Parking on site is available for registered guests only.
During Turtle Season (May thru October) all rentals must be removed from the beach by 8 pm. All events on property must be finished by 10 pm If rentals are not removed from the beach by 8 pm, an additional $500 will be charged for removal of any items.
We offer the following discounts for your guests for non-holiday periods. (Minimum night stays will apply)
- *Three or more nights 10% (All three nights must be in the same apartments), or
- *Seven or more nights 15% (All seven nights must be in the same apartments), or
- *Buy three get one free (All four nights in same apartments and date restrictions apply), or
- *Weekly Rates (As shown on the website, + departure cleaning fee)

We checked into the Tortuga Inn initially as a chance to plan our wedding and reception. We were lucky enough to have won the first annual Anna Maria Island Wedding Festival in January. One of the packages we won was a weekend getaway at Tortuga Inn, so we decided to use that as our "home base" for all of our wedding planning.
However, once we were relaxed and captivated with the sheer beauty of Anna Maria Island and the impeccable services offered by David Teitelbaum and his staff at Torguga, we were inspired to move forward and ELOPE during our fabulous stay at the resort. David, and his assistant, Katy, made sure that every detail was addressed. Within a matter of 48 hours we were able to have the wedding of our dreams, enjoy first class accommodations, and celebrate the best days of our lives. I vacationed here with my (now) husband a year ago (April 2008) on our 1st vacation together. We agreed then that we would honeymoon here (and we did on April 19th 2009) and spend some kind of time here every year for the rest of our lives. It is quiet and there is nothing to do on the island except relax, eat, swim and soak up the sun. The staff at Tradewinds makes sure you have no worries. They take care of everything from clean rooms to suggestions for dinner. This is the absolute definition of vacation to us. He is my best friend and there is no where else I would rather be than spending time with him in a place where only we exist. My fiance and I had no idea what we were going to do for our wedding. We tossed around ideas from a quiet ceremony in our backyard to a destination wedding in Mexico. We read an article in USA Today about Anna Maria Island. It looked beautiful and we knew that was where we wanted to get married. The next step was picking a resort to accommodate 30-40 guests with all different budgets and room needs. The Tortuga Inn was the absolute perfect place! I cannot express how wonderful this place is. It is rare that you find a place in which the accommodations are exactly like the pictures and description found in brochures or online.Thanks to everyone at the Tortuga for answering all our questions prior to arrival and continuing the great service while we were there.
