ABOUT OUR RATES
Our Rates do not include taxes or other fees, but they do include a daily towel exchange. Holidays, weekends, seasonal and special events are subjected to special rates and minimum stays. All rates are based on a 2 person occupancy - all additional persons are $10.00 extra per person. The Penthouse is based on a 6 person occupancy, 4 for the Studios and 2 for the Gulf-Front Rooms. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the first and last night's deposit. The balance including tax is due upon arrival. Accepted forms of payment: MC, American Express, Visa, Discover, travelers checks, money orders or cash.All daily and weekly rates are subject to change without notice.
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancies are 6 for the Penthouse, 4 for the studios, and 2 for the rooms.
HOLIDAY PERIODS
All our Daily and Weekly Rates are subject to a surcharge during Holiday Periods, which include the nights given below:
Year 2010/2011
Memorial Day – May 27 - 30, 2011
Fourth of July – July 1 - 4, 2011
Labor Day – September 3, 4 and 5, 2011
Thanksgiving – November 22 through November 27, 2011
Christmas/New Year – December 23 through January 2, 2012
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Our Check-In Time is 3:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 6:00 PM, please call our office to make arrangements. Our Check-Out Time is 11 AM. We ask you to please observe our Check-In and Check-Out Times so we can prepare the units properly and avoid delays for our incoming guests. To make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible, we provide free beach towels for you to use if you arrive before the Check-In Time or wish to stay beyond the 11:00 AM departure. Just ask for assistance and availability at the Front Desk.
PETS
We are sorry that we do not accept pets. However, our sister beach resorts nearby do accept pets in specified units. Please contact them for further information.

Policy
All rooms are non-smoking.
Cancellation Policy: We are a boutique "Inn" of ten (10) units and require a strict cancellation policy as follows:
(1) All Deposits for Spring Season (2/16/12 - 4/24/12) & (2/16/13 - 4/24/13) All Holidays are Non-refundable!
(2) All non-Spring and non-Holiday cancellations will be subject to a refund (less a $50.00 Cancellation Fee) if made sixty-days (or more) prior to the arrival date.
(3) A Credit Voucher (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) will be issued for non-Spring & non-Holiday cancellations made less than sixty-days prior to the arrival date.
Credit vouchers are valid one-year from the original reservation date.
other information
All our Units are fully furnished in an elegant, yet relaxed, tropical style, and include linens and kitchen cutlery, glassware, china and cooking utensils. The Penthouse has a full kitchen with an electric range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a dishwasher. The Gulf Front Studios have kitchenettes with sinks, mid-size refrigerators, hot plates, microwaves, toasters and coffee makers. The Gulf Front Rooms have mini-kitchens with mini-fridges, microwaves and coffee makers. There’s a good Publix Supermarket on the Island just five minutes away, with fresh produce, meat, fish and good cheeses, as well as take-out items and a decent choice of wines. There are also a few convenience stores and wonderful restaurants nearby – if you like, ditch the gas-guzzler and take the free Island Trolley, which runs from one end of the Island to the other at 20-minute intervals between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM.
