| Rates: Holidays,
weekends, seasonal and special events are subjected to special rates
and minimum stays. All rates are based on a 2 person occupancy - all
additional persons are $10.00 extra per person. (The Penthouse
is based on a 4 person occupancy). Occupancy: Maximum occupancies are 4 for the Penthouse, 4 for the studios, and 2 for the Inn rooms.NO PETS ALLOWED! Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the first and last night's deposit. The balance including tax is due upon arrival. Accepted forms of payment: MC, Visa, Discover, travelers checks, money orders or cash. ALL Deposits for Spring Season & All Holidays are Non-refundable! We are a boutique "Inn" of ten (10) units and therefore require a strict cancellation policy. All "Non-Spring Season" and "Non-Holiday" cancellations must be made sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. All cancellations will be subject to a $50.00 Cancellation Fee. A credit voucher less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be given for all “NON-Holiday” and “Non-Spring Season” cancellations if cancellations are made sixty days prior to the arrival date. Extended stay reservations are subject to a $50.00 per week cancellation fee. The credit voucher is valid one (1) year from the original reservation date. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. |
